The STEM Fair will take place on Tuesday, October 24 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.  The STEM Fair registration link and guidelines can be found on the Foundation's website at www.mbesf.org.   

 


Lace up your running shoes and join the fun on Saturday, November 4th!

The Mt. Bethel 41st Annual Fun Run is open to students, family, and friends. There will be a 5K, 1 mile, and 1/2 mile race. Register online via your PTA toolkit accountYou can register everyone online!

 

Please note we have new registration forms this year: one for each

Mt. Bethel student; one for family and friends; and one for teachers and staff.  

 

Race Registration is $20 until October 13th ($25 after).

This includes your race bib, commemorative t-shirt and supports our Foundation and PTA.

CUSTODIAN & BUS DRIVER APPRECIATION

 

Now is our time to show our fabulous custodians and bus drivers how much we appreciate their time and dedication!  The PTA will be hosting a series of celebrations for our bus drivers and custodians on October 13. We would love to present each of them with a PTA Membership that includes a school t-shirt and local coupons and discounts at this event. Log into the Toolkit NOW to purchase a gift package!  The cost is $12 each and will include a notecard to the custodian or driver of your choice with your child's name.

What is a TPV?

While teachers attend grade level planning meetings, two TPVs help out in the classroom. This is a great way to help teachers and participate in your child's classroom. Becoming a TPV is very easy! In order to volunteer even once during the school year as a TPV, you MUST attend one of the training sessions. After you've completed training, you can sign up to cover one of the teacher's meetings!

WE NEED YOUR YEARBOOK PHOTOS

We would love for you to help us capture great school year memories by sharing the photos you take in your kids' classrooms. You can share your photos with the yearbook team via this link: https://images.jostens.com/408933626
 
As you take photos, make sure there are few kids in photos looking forward, and no single portraits please. Great locations for photos are outdoor recess, the media center, trained parent volunteer time, class parties, and field trips. Please keep class interruptions to a minimum and coordinate ideal picture taking times with the teacher. 
 
Take lots of pictures and take them early as our yearbook printing deadlines start in November!
